Healthy lifestyle comes from ancient Sparta and nowadays is also very popular among society and specially among young people. Spartans believed that positive human nature were coming from physical health, hence they were rising children with a healthy lifestyle. Accordingly their slogan was: ,,Healthy soul in the healthy body''. ๐Ÿ’ช

Hippocrates once said: ..Walking is man`s best medicine''. ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

He is also an author of quote: ,,A wise man ought to realize that health is his most valuable possession''.

In 21th century we have more opportunities to follow healthy life. We can visit gyms, can joking and walking to the parks, do right exercises at home, though exercising is nothing without healthy eating.

Healthy nutrition does not mean strict diets and starvation. It means eat healthy food few times a day with small portions. But main question is, what should we exactly it?

Doctors suggest to consume everything that is green. Vegetables, fruit, herbs.

๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿฅฆโ˜˜They improve digestion and metabolism. They are also a low-calorie products.

Breakfast- Starting morning with porridge is the best choice๐Ÿฅฃ. You can eat the crepes or american pancakes as well ๐Ÿฅž Eating 1 egg is very important ๐Ÿฅš, because eating egg on breakfast boosts brain the whole day. We don`t advise to drink coffee on an empty stomach, it increases the heart disease risks. Use as less inorganic oil as possible and fried meals.

Lunch- Eat the green apple ๐Ÿ , green salad with cucumber and tomatoes๐Ÿฅ— , cabbage and cauliflower๐Ÿฅฆ, homemade sandwich ๐Ÿฅช, carrot and beet๐Ÿฅ•. eat just light meal.

Dinner- More nutritious food. Chicken salad, green bean, soups, boiled fish and chicken breast ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ—. Meat is important for maintaining enough proteins in our organism.

supper-Don`t believe them who say that eating after 18:00 weights gain. Everyone should eat very light meal 2-3 hours before bedtime. For supper we advice 1 cup of warm milk๐Ÿฅ›, Buckwheat or rice ๐Ÿš. Before cooking the rice, you should clean it 3 times with water๐Ÿšฐ,then leave it in the warm water for 30 minutes and only after this boil it. You can eat also Cottage cheese, buttermilk or sour milk(yogurt) and drink tea๐Ÿต.

If you start healthy eating you have to say no to every kind of sweets and junk foods๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿ‘‰ ๐Ÿฆ๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฉ. Exception might be the marshmallow, which is the most Low calorie sweet. Forget about baked goods and white bread, just 2-3 slice of black bread a day๐Ÿž for dinner, Its better to eat the bread which is baked the previous day and is not fresh. Not recommending food with high percent of starch, for instance potato๐Ÿฅ”๐Ÿ ๐ŸŸ.

Not recommending eating melon and watermelon after 18:00 ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿ‰.
